Today, as of  March 24, 2020, much of the U.S. is on “Stay-at-home” orders due to the COVID-19 Virus pandemic. Two weeks ago, this was the farthest thing from my mind, and today, it’s the new normal…staying home. I’m naturally an introvert so my first thought was “Oh goody! I’ll get caught up on laundry and finally get the house de-cluttered!” My latest thought about this whole thing was “I miss people. I miss places”….so apparently there’s a limit, even for me. (haha!) I’ve had to temporarily cease all people photo sessions which has actually led to another really cool genre. I’ve been dabbling in product photography for the past couple of months but last month, I really started enjoying it! I might not be able to photograph people for a short while but it is so satisfying in the meantime, to have some fun projects to keep me busy, and hopefully my skillset sharp!
Here is the very first collaboration I did in 2020- Piper is OBSESSED with the Little Mermaid so when I saw this adorable peplum on my sweet friend Breanna’s Facebook page- we just had to have it! Can you tell she feels cute, or what? I’ve done several collabs since this one, and each one is a fun challenge!
